Full-fledged projects have 6 to 24 hour time locks implemented so that the owners cannot make any changes as they please.
However, at Pollo, we are currently not implementing any time locks. There is a very clear reason for this though.
In order for a project to be successful, it is necessary to deal with sudden problems immediately.
We have conducted careful testing, but just in case there is a major issue after the production environment has started to operate, having a time lock on would mean that the settings cannot be changed until a certain amount of time has passed. This is a big risk in startups.
The biggest problem of all is that your capital is at stake. But we also understand the importance of time locks. We plan on implementing a time lock on April, but if there are no issues with the operation prior to this, we may even implement it even earlier.
Regarding Rug Pull Countermeasures
I understand that it is not fundamental to reference codes rather than the content of the project; however, because of the rise in BSC (Binance Smart Chain) based projects, the number of scam projects are also on the rise.
Pollo does not forgive any type of scam activity including Rug Pull and others. We are extremely concerned about the risk there is for people like you to invest your funds into these types of scams. So that you can leave your funds with us without worry, please access Pollo’s GitHub if any of you can read source codes.
